Sleep Breathwork - For Relaxing your Body & Mind

This calming breathwork practice called 4-7-8 is great for relaxing your body and mind so you can get ready for bed or go back to sleep. We start by inhaling for four through the nose, holding for seven, and exhaling through the mouth for eight. Start in a seated position, or lay down.
