  • Rae Rituals is the sisterhood I never had! It’s a space to show women all over the world how powerful we are and just how quickly we can heal when we support each other. Not only did I want to share my practices and Breathwork, but I felt the true healing lies in all my sisters sharing their rituals and healing practices.

Through the bonds of sisterhood, we commit to a shared path of healing, growth and liberation. Our true power expands when we come together and support each other, treating each other as sisters rather than opponents.

Rae Rituals serves as a safe, empowering and nourishing space for women to connect with sisterhood, heal trauma, recover and awaken their most empowered selves.

  • Today’s world is a world weighed down by the patriarchy. As women in this modern world, we are conditioned to see other women as rivals and competitors. This is a common theme in our world. It happens in schools and in work environments.

Rather than building each other up, we tear each other down. We fight against our very nature, which is, in fact, sisterhood.

Historically, women shared a lot more than we do now. We lived as a strong collective working to help and nourish each other, both emotionally and psychologically. It was part of our survival and I firmly believe it still is.

Coming together in sisterhood allows us to discover our true power as women in a world that wants us to believe we have no power. It allows us to care for ourselves and each other.

It's an unbreakable bond, where her success is my success, and her freedom is my freedom.
