Every month we release 3 breathwork practices for you to practice daily so you can start building your Breath Ritual. Commit to at least 7 days of these 3 practices to build a breath ritual and we guarantee you will notice a shift!

Afternoon | Balancing

Clearing practice to bring you back to center and to reset your day in the middle of your day or as you transition into evening.

Evening | Calming

Practice to relax your mind and calm your body after a long day, great before bed.

Morning | Energizing

Activating practice to wake your body and lift your spirit, or anytime you feel tired.

Introducing Sister Guides

Sister guides are experienced practitioners or experts in certain areas, and their role is to help other women in the community learn and grow. They do this by sharing their Rituals and practices live and on-demand on the platform. A sister guide acts as a trusted mentor, guide, and source of support within the Rae Rituals community.

What is a Breathwork Journey?

A Breathwork Journey is an advanced practice and should only be practiced when you have the time to dedicate and process. You will need at least 1 hour. Through breath work, you are able to move past the controlling mind, which helps you connect to self-love, joy, and purpose and move through things like trauma, addiction, anxiety, fear, and other trapped emotions.

Breathwork is a powerful way to access your body’s innate intelligence to heal itself.

Wherever you are on your journey, we have something for you.

Maybe you are taking the first step into self-discovery and are simply curious about connecting deeper, perhaps you've been on the path for a while, or maybe you are looking to overcome and release deep trauma or emotions
