Heart Resonance Balancing Breathwork Practice

This is a balancing breathwork practice. In this practice, we are connecting to the heart. This breathwork practice improves heart health and lung capacity.

It is one of my favorites because it’s super simple. So grab a seat, long spine grounded into the earth.

What we are going to do is inhale for five and exhale for five. And basically, what this does is just put us at six breaths per minute. And so it’s going to put you in sync with your heart. And this increases your heart rate variability, which lowers stress and anxiety, which puts you back in control, and is very healthy for your heart.

With regular practice, you can cultivate a more profound sense of balance and overall wellbeing through the power of your breath.
