Intuitive Breathwork Practice

I’m going to be guiding you in an intuitive breathwork practice. We will get in touch with our creativity and ourselves and connect deeply. It’s a little bit more of an advanced practice. So you might have already done a couple of practices with me getting in touch with yourself, relaxing, and energizing.

We’ll be implementing many of these tools that you’ll want to bring in to get in touch with yourself, get in touch with your intuition, your breath, and with how your body wants to show up today.

Intuitive Breathwork is a practice that allows you to tap into your inner wisdom and intuition by using your breath. This type of Breathwork encourages you to listen to your body and follow its natural rhythms, allowing you to connect with your intuition and gain insight into your subconscious mind.

This practice can help you cultivate a more profound self-awareness and understanding, allowing you to make more informed decisions and live a more fulfilling life.
