This is a calming breath practice for inner peace. It’s a very simple breathwork that can bring about balance, peace, and relaxation to your whole body. You can do it in the morning, at night, or any time of day to quickly snap back, be present and bring calm and serenity to the whole body and mind.
Inner peace breathwork practice is a technique that can help you find a sense of calm and tranquility within yourself. This practice involves deep breathing and visualization to cultivate a tranquil state of mind and release any negative emotions or thoughts.
We will inhale for five, hold for two and exhale for five.
