Calming Breathwork Practice (Triangle Breath)

The breathwork practice we will do today is to calm the nervous system, relax, and release any stress or anxiety you have in the body. It's a powerful tool, and it's excellent for beginners.

It's called Triangle Breath, which makes a triangle because we will inhale for three seconds, hold for three, and then exhale the three. We're going to breathe in through the nose, and we're going to breathe out through the mouth. Very simple.

This triangle breath is an excellent tool because it's quick, it's easy. You can use it at any point in your life. When you feel overwhelmed and stressed when the nervous system is starting to tense, come back to the triangle breath, come back to the breath always, and introduce a deep breath.

If you're feeling stressed or anxious, practicing the calming breath can help you relax and center yourself. This simple breathwork technique can be done anywhere and anytime, making it a valuable tool for managing stress.

Add calming breathwork practice to your daily routine to reduce stress and anxiety. With regular practice, you can develop greater resilience and a more positive outlook on life.
