This is an energizing and immune-boosting Breathwork exercise inspired by the Iceman, the man who’s climbed Mount Everest in his underwear, yes, Wim Hoff. You can use this exercise at any point in your day to boost your energy, clear your head and focus. It’s great for your immunity as well.

So what you’re going to do is you’re going to start breathing, breathe about 30 to 40 regular breaths. When you’re ready, you will take one big inhale and exhale it all out. You will hold at the bottom of the exhale for 10 to 15 seconds or as long as you can before you feel uncomfortable. Then inhale, and hold again for 10-15 seconds.
