Energizing Wake-up Breathwork Practice
Today we will do a super simple, quick, and easy wake-up breathing exercise. This is a technique brought to you by the Sufis. So what you’re going to do is you’re going to inhale 2 to 4 times through the nose and then out the mouth.
This can also be called the sniff and poo breath because you’re going to inhale three times through the nose and then out through the mouth; first, you make the poo sound. That’s why it’s called the sniff and poo, so laugh if you want to, but it wakes you up in the morning and is perfect!
This energizing breathwork exercise can help increase oxygen flow, boost energy levels, and reduce stress in just one minute. Incorporate this simple technique into your daily routine whenever you need a quick pick-me-up.
